You may use the Site to learn about our dog training services and to submit inquiries or requests for a free evaluation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any form on the Site, including information about yourself and your dog.

The Site describes dog training services, including Puppy Foundations, The Puppy Comprehensive, Basic Obedience, Behavior Modification, and Advanced Training. Descriptions of these services are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual training services are governed by a separate agreement entered into between you and Praising Kane Dog Training at the time services are booked.

3. Free Evaluation Requests

Submitting the evaluation request form does not guarantee acceptance of your dog for training. We reserve the right to decline to provide services at our discretion, including based on information you provide about your dog's health, temperament, or bite history.

4. No Professional or Veterinary Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your dog's health or behavioral concerns.

5. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks, including the risk of bites, injury, or property damage. By requesting or receiving training services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Specific liability terms, waivers, and release provisions applicable to in-person training sessions will be set out in a separate service agreement signed prior to training.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Praising Kane Dog Training and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
