When you submit our "Request evaluation call" form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Your dog's name, age, and breed
• A description of your training needs
• Information about your dog's known health conditions
• Information about whether your dog has a history of biting

We use your dog's health and behavioral information only to evaluate training needs and protect the safety of our trainer, your dog, and others.

Our hosting and security provider processes limited technical information when you visit the Site:

• Browser, device, and request information
• The requested page and referring address, when provided by your browser

We use the information we collect to:

We share information only as needed with:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Site and temporarily stores a submission if email delivery is rate-limited.
• Resend, which delivers evaluation requests to our email inbox.
• Legal authorities, when required by law or necessary to protect the safety of a person.

We do not share your dog's health or bite-history information beyond what is needed to provide training services, unless required by law.

4. Data Retention

If email delivery is temporarily rate-limited, Cloudflare may queue a submission. Queued submissions are deleted after delivery or automatically within seven days, whichever happens first. Evaluation requests that do not lead to training services are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact. Client records are kept while services are active and for up to three years after the last service, unless a longer period is required by law. We delete or anonymize records when the applicable period ends.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your personal information

6. Children's Privacy
